You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk and discretion. Vixor does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided.
- No Financial or Investment Services
Vixor does not offer custodial services, trading services, asset management, or financial intermediation of any kind. The Platform merely provides infrastructure and tooling that enables users to access and interact with decentralized blockchain-based protocols on a non-custodial basis.
Nothing on the Platform should be construed as:
- An offer to buy, sell, or solicit any investment product
- A recommendation to engage in any financial transaction
- The provision of investment or trading advice
- A financial promotion or invitation to invest
- Restricted Jurisdictions
Access to or use of the Platform is not permitted from certain jurisdictions due to regulatory restrictions. These include, but are not limited to:

Your use of the Platform does not create any form of partnership, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and Vixor. Vixor does not represent or act on behalf of any project or user utilizing the Platform’s market infrastructure. - Protocol Use at Your Own Risk
All use of the Vixor infrastructure, including but not limited to smart contracts, APIs, and user interfaces, is undertaken at your sole risk. The software is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.
