Software License Notice Effective Date: April 1, 2025

This Software License Notice ("Notice") sets forth the licensing terms under which the software code, tools, and infrastructure developed and/or maintained by Vixor ("we," "us," or "our") may be accessed and used.

  • Open Source Components

Portions of the Vixor software stack, including but not limited to smart contracts, SDKs, APIs, and front-end interface components, may be made available as open source and licensed under the MIT License, unless otherwise stated in the relevant code repository.

The MIT License permits anyone to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software, subject to the inclusion of the original license and copyright notice.

We encourage contributions to any open source codebases under our management. Contribution terms may be governed by Contributor License Agreements (CLAs) where applicable.

  • Proprietary Components

Some components of the Vixor Platform, such as specific infrastructure integrations, algorithms, or business logic modules, may be proprietary and not released under open-source terms. These materials are protected by copyright and/or trade secret law and may not be copied, distributed, reverse-engineered, or reused without explicit written permission.

If no open-source license is included with a given codebase, the code should be assumed proprietary by default.

  • No Warranty

All software and code is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of any kind. Vixor disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Use of the software is at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or misuse of any Vixor software.

  • Compliance and Restrictions

By using any Vixor-provided code or libraries, you agree to:

    • Comply with applicable laws, export control regulations, and sanctions
    • Not use the code to infringe the rights of others
    • Not present the code as your own or misrepresent its origin
    • Provide attribution where required by license terms

Any use of our code in connection with prohibited or illicit activity, including but not limited to money laundering, market manipulation, or cybercrime, is strictly forbidden.
