These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Vixor ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using any part of the Vixor website, protocol, or services ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

• Eligibility and Restrictions

  By using the Platform, you affirm that you:

  • Are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (e.g., 18 years old);
  • Are not a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction subject to sanctions or embargoes (e.g., U.S. Treasury OFAC-listed);
  • Will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations;
  • Have full authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or any legal entity you represent.

  We reserve the right to restrict access to the Platform from any location or entity at our sole discretion.

• Non-Custodial Wallet Authentication

  Access to the Platform requires connection of a non-custodial blockchain wallet. Vixor does not provide, own, maintain, or have access to these wallets. Your interaction with your wallet is governed solely by the wallet provider's terms.

  We do not have custody of your assets, cannot access your private keys, and cannot retrieve lost funds. You are solely responsible for the security and use of your wallet.

• Platform Nature and Protocol Disclaimer

  Vixor provides decentralized, non-custodial infrastructure that enables users to interact with smart contracts autonomously deployed on various public blockchains. The Protocol is open-source, permissionless, and not operated or controlled by Vixor post-deployment.

  We may contribute to the development of the Protocol, but we do not manage or control it. Upgrades may be community-driven and Vixor does not warrant or guarantee outcomes or behavior of the Protocol.

• No Investment Advice or Solicitation

  Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice, and no part of the Platform should be relied upon as such. All activity initiated by you is deemed unsolicited.

  We do not conduct KYC or suitability assessments, nor do we solicit purchases or make recommendations. Any token information provided is purely informational.

• Risks and Assumption of Liability

  By using the Platform, you acknowledge the inherent risks of cryptographic and blockchain-based systems, including but not limited to:

  • Volatility and price fluctuations
  • Technical bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Smart contract failures
  • Regulatory uncertainty or legal restrictions
  • Loss of access due to private key mismanagement.

  You assume full responsibility and liability for all interactions with the Platform, smart contracts, or third-party interfaces.

• Prohibited Conduct

  You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal, unauthorized, or abusive purpose
  • Violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws
  • Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or front-running
  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Platform’s infrastructure;
  • Deploy bots, scrapers, or malicious code against the Platform.

  We reserve the right to block access to any wallet address or IP suspected of prohibited conduct.

• Intellectual Property

  All content, branding, logos, and designs associated with Vixor are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No license or right is granted unless expressly authorized in writing.

  You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from our materials without explicit consent.

• Regulatory Disclaimers

  Vixor is not a financial institution, investment firm, broker-dealer, custodian, or payment service provider. We are not registered or regulated by any securities or financial authority in any jurisdiction.

  Use of the Platform may be restricted in jurisdictions with specific legal requirements. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful.

• Limitation of Liability

  To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, tokens, data, or goodwill
  • Platform downtime or bugs
  • Hacks, exploits, or smart contract vulnerabilities
  • Errors in displayed information or data feeds

  We reserve the right to block access to any wallet address or IP suspected of prohibited conduct.

• Indemnification

  You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vixor, its officers, affiliates, employees, developers, and contractors from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

• Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of the Cayman Islands, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

• Tax Responsibilities

  You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling your tax obligations arising from your activities on the Platform. This includes but is not limited to income tax, capital gains, or VAT/GST as applicable in your jurisdiction.

  We do not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. Consult a qualified professional.

• Amendments and Termination

  We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, with updates reflected via the "Effective Date". Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

  We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, for violation of these Terms or applicable law.

• Severability

  If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

• Entire Agreement

  These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and Vixor and supersede all prior communications.
