• General Disclaimer

  Vixor provides a decentralized, non-custodial infrastructure platform that enables users to interact with blockchain-based protocols. Vixor is not a financial institution, investment advisor, broker-dealer, custodian, exchange, or payment service provider. Nothing contained on the Platform constitutes investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

  All content is provided for general informational purposes only. Vixor makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information presented on the Platform. Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

  Vixor acts solely as an automated trading algorithm executing orders through the exchange API provided by the user. Vixor does not custody user assets, nor act as a broker-dealer, exchange, clearing house or lending platform. All API credentials remain under your control.

• No Offer or Solicitation

  The Platform does not constitute or contain an offer to sell, or the solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities, commodities, or other financial instruments. Vixor does not facilitate, promote, or endorse any specific transactions.

  The VIXOR is a utility token that provides platform access only; it is not designed or marketed as an investment, yield-bearing asset, or security. No staking rewards or profit-sharing is offered beyond use of the Platform.

• Jurisdictional Restrictions

  Access to and use of the Platform may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions due to regulatory or legal limitations. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

  You must not use or access the Platform if you are:

  • A citizen or resident of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive economic sanctions or embargoes (e.g., Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk); Identified on any sanctions list, including but not limited to lists maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United Nations, the European Union, or the UK Government; A “U.S. Person” as defined under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933; Accessing the Platform from within the United States or using a U.S.-based IP address. Any attempt to bypass these restrictions (e.g., by using VPNs or proxy services) is strictly prohibited.
  • This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the country where Visor is established. Any dispute arising under this Disclaimer or your use of the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the laws of the country where Visor is established. You agree to indemnify Vixor and its officers, directors and affiliates from any claim, liability or damage arising from your use of the Platform.
• Regulatory Compliance

  Vixor is not registered or licensed with any financial regulatory authority and does not intend to operate in jurisdictions where such registration or licensing is required. Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including tax obligations and financial disclosures.

  Users assume all regulatory compliance risk applicable in their own jurisdiction.

• Risk Disclosure

  The use of blockchain technology involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
